Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you browse this website and purchase from JINGFENG.
This document sets out the general terms of use of www.jingfenggroup.com and the conditions of sale for products supplied by Shandong Jingfeng Humic Acid Technology Co., Ltd. Please read it before placing an order.
Last updated: 16 September 2026. This is a DRAFT for internal review and is not yet in force.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
2. Scope of application
These terms apply to all quotations, orders and contracts for the sale of humic acid, fulvic acid, amino acid, seaweed extract and related products (the “Products”) by JINGFENG to business customers worldwide. Individual contracts, proforma invoices or supply agreements may contain additional or differing provisions, which shall prevail for that specific transaction.
3. Product information and specifications
Product descriptions, specifications, certificates of analysis (COA) and documentation are provided for general guidance. Where a COA is issued for a specific batch, the values stated in that COA represent the contractual specification for that batch. Minor variations consistent with the product grade and applicable standard (for example NY/T 1978-2022 for heavy metals) do not constitute a defect.
- Certifications shown on the site (ISO 9001:2015, EU organic input confirmation, EU REACH registration) reflect the status at the time of publication and are subject to renewal.
- Buyers remain responsible for confirming that the Product and its intended use comply with the import, registration and labelling rules of their own country.
4. Orders and quotations
A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it and does not constitute an offer. An order placed by the buyer is an offer to purchase, which we accept only by sending a proforma invoice and / or order confirmation. No contract is formed until we have confirmed the order in writing.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated, exclusive of international freight, insurance and import duties unless the Incoterms named in the order provide otherwise. Payment terms (for example T/T, deposit and balance against copy of bill of lading) are stated on the proforma invoice. Title to the Goods passes only upon receipt of full payment; risk passes in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.
6. Delivery and logistics
Delivery dates are estimates. We use standard Incoterms (typically FOB or CFR) agreed per order. Delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure or facts outside our reasonable control do not entitle the buyer to cancel or claim damages. The buyer is responsible for import clearance and for supplying correct shipping and customs documentation.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website – including text, images, certificates, product names, the JINGFENG name and logo – is the property of Shandong Jingfeng Humic Acid Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, republish or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided “as is” for general information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in a written contract or COA for a specific batch.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JINGFENG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for loss arising from the buyer’s handling, blending, storage or application of the Products contrary to provided guidance. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a batch is limited to the invoice value of that batch.
10. Compliance and export
Buyers must comply with all applicable export, import, sanctions and chemical-control laws in their jurisdiction. We may decline or cancel any order that would breach such laws or international sanctions.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the company’s registered address. For transactions with explicit arbitration clauses in the contract, those clauses prevail.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of an order applies to that order.
