Medical History & Diagnosis For hematuria, the patient was hospitalized at Guangxi Minzu Hospital on December 22, 2017 and diagnosed with aplastic anemia. On admission his blood test showed a platelet count of zero, and a critical-illness notice was issued the same day. Bone marrow examination during hospitalization found no identifiable cause. Hormone stimulation and immunoglobulin injections raised his platelets to around 30, and he was discharged on January 21, 2018 — emaciated, with severe constipation, unable to stand or walk and confined to bed.
Reported Outcome After Fulvic Acid Use For further treatment, he continued hormones at gradually reduced doses after discharge, along with some Chinese medicine. From February 10, 2018 he began taking fulvic acid, 50 ml twice daily (morning and evening). After one week he felt strength returning; after two weeks the constipation gradually eased; after one month it had completely resolved, he could gradually get out of bed, and he began discontinuing Western and Chinese medicines. After three more months of fulvic acid he had gained weight and could walk up and down stairs independently. He continues taking fulvic acid at present.
These records are patient-reported observations, not results of controlled clinical trials. Food-grade fulvic acid is a dietary supplement raw material, not a pharmaceutical drug.
