Product Overview

Bio Fulvic Acid is JINGFENG’s biotech-fermented fulvic acid — produced by microbial fermentation of plant-derived feedstock rather than mined from leonardite. It is a short-chain humic substance rich in fulvic acid, free amino acids, enzymes, sugars and trace nutrients. Fully water soluble and hormone-free, it is used worldwide as a fertilizer raw material and plant biostimulant — chelating nutrients, buffering soil pH, and improving nutrient uptake in foliar, fertigation and blending programmes.

Bio Fulvic Acid Powder 50% is the standard-active grade of our fermented fulvate, balanced for fertilizer blenders, foliar spray and fertigation. At 50% fulvic acid and 12% K₂O on a dry basis it dissolves 100% in water with no residue, and its anti-flocculation limit of 32 meq/g keeps it stable in hard, calcium-rich irrigation water where ordinary humates drop out.

Because it is biologically fermented rather than alkali-extracted, the powder also carries free amino acids, enzymes, oligosaccharides and B-group vitamins — a genuine green bio-input, not just a humate salt. If your line builds compound NPK, a private-label soluble formula, or you run foliar and drip programmes, this is the grade that meters cleanly, blends uniformly and dissolves without clogging.

Unlike mineral-source potassium humate, bio fulvic acid shows no flocculation across the full pH 1–14 range and stays in solution even in saturated brine — a property that matters the moment your water is hard or your blend is saline.

Key Benefits

Fermented, not mined

Produced by microbial fermentation, carrying free amino acids, enzymes and sugars ordinary humates lack — a true biostimulant, hormone-free.

50% fulvic acid, fully soluble

The short-chain active fraction absorbs through roots and leaves within hours; 100% water solubility means no residue in tank or dripper.

Stable in hard and saline water

Anti-flocculation limit 32 meq/g, soluble across pH 1–14 and in saturated brine — no precipitation in calcareous or brackish irrigation.

Blends without segregation

Fine brown powder disperses evenly through an NPK blend instead of sifting to the bottom during transport.

Chelates and buffers

Complexes metal ions, releases phosphorus fixed by Al³⁺/Fe³⁺, and buffers soil pH toward the 5.5–7.0 range most crops prefer.

COA on every batch

Each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis stating actual fulvic acid, K₂O, pH and moisture against HG/T and NY/T methods.

Form & Solubility

Form: free-flowing brown powder. Fine enough to disperse evenly through a blend, coarse enough to keep dust manageable at the intake hopper.

In water: wets out on contact and disperses within seconds under light agitation — the fastest route to a working solution for liquid fertilizer production. Add the powder onto the surface of moving water rather than dumping it in at once to avoid a surface crust.

Dust: as with any fine powder, some dust is generated during handling. Standard PPE (mask, goggles) and local extraction at the weighing station are recommended.

Powder or granule? Powder wins on wetting speed and blend uniformity. The Round Granule wins on dust-free spreading and storage stability.

Bio fulvic acid is fermented, fully water-soluble potassium fulvate — no mining, no sodium-route issues, stable in hard and saline water.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between bio fulvic acid and mineral potassium humate?

Bio fulvic acid is produced by microbial fermentation, so it carries free amino acids, enzymes and sugars that alkali-extracted humate does not, and it stays soluble across the full pH range without flocculating. Mineral potassium humate is leonardite-extracted and can drop out in hard water. The bio route is the more active, more compatible input.

Can it be blended directly with urea or DAP?

Yes. Add at 5–10 kg per tonne of finished blend and run it through the normal blending cycle. Particle size is close to these carriers, so separation during transport is minimal.

Will it clog my drip lines?

Not when handled correctly. It is 100% water soluble, but always pre-dissolve in a small tank and filter before it enters the drip system.

Is it stable in hard water?

Yes — that is a defining property. The anti-flocculation limit is 32 meq/g, well above most irrigation water. It stays in solution where standard humate flocculates.

What is the minimum order and lead time?

Standard stock item. MOQ is one pallet for stocked packaging; lead time typically 7–15 days ex-works. Custom packaging and private-label printing are available on request.

Do you provide a COA with every shipment?

Yes. Each batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis showing tested fulvic acid, K₂O, pH and moisture against HG/T and NY/T methods.
