Product Overview
Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and, in free form, the most readily absorbed nitrogen source a plant or an animal can take up. JINGFENG’s amino acid range is produced from plant protein (soybean) or animal protein by acid or enzymatic hydrolysis, which breaks the protein chain down into free amino acids, short peptides and water-soluble nitrogen. The result is a 100% water-soluble input used as a foliar and fertigation biostimulant, a chelating agent for trace elements, and a feed-grade protein source.
90% Hydrolyzed Amino Acid Powder is the flagship of the hydrolyzed line and the most concentrated grade we make: ≥ 90% total amino acids with ≥ 85% in the free form, ≥ 15% organic nitrogen and ≥ 42% organic carbon, at 100% water solubility and a pH between 4.0 and 6.0.
The balanced organic carbon and organic nitrogen matrix is what sets it apart from a simple nitrogen source. The carbon feeds soil microbial activity and improves soil structure around the root, while the organic nitrogen is already in amino form and needs no conversion. Sodium is held to ≤ 1.0%.
Because the purity and the solubility are so high, this is the grade specified for premium agriculture (organic and export-grade crops), high-end feed (breeder and layer rations, premium pork and beef) and luxury cosmetics (barrier repair, deep hydration). Crude protein is ≥ 98%.

Form: fine, free-flowing powder with low dust, easy to weigh out by the bag and to blend into dry mixes.
In water: 100% water soluble. It wets out quickly and dissolves cleanly under light agitation, leaving no residue to block filters, spray nozzles or drip lines.
Handling: use standard dust protection when handling bulk. Reseal opened bags to keep moisture out.
One specification, three industries. The same lot serves a foliar programme on table grapes, a breeder ration and a luxury cream base. That is not a compromise — it is what a ≥ 85% free amino acid hydrolysate with 100% solubility, a skin-mimicking pH and ultra-low sodium can do.
Sodium. Held to ≤ 1.0%, which keeps the salt load low enough for concentrated feed rations and for leave-on cosmetic formulations where a high electrolyte level would destabilise the system.
Compatibility. Fully compatible with hyaluronic acid, hydrolysed collagen, squalane and plant extracts. Avoid strong alkaline ingredients above pH 8.

All grades are 100% water soluble and are hydrolysed from plant-source protein. Higher grades carry a larger free amino acid share, so less product is needed per hectare for the same response.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from a conventional hydrolyzed amino acid powder?
Three things: the free amino acid share (≥ 85%, roughly 20% above a standard grade), the balanced organic carbon and organic nitrogen matrix (≥ 42% and ≥ 15%) that feeds both the crop and the soil biology, and the purity control — sodium at ≤ 1.0%, heavy metals within the stated limits, 100% solubility. That combination is what makes it usable in cosmetics as well as in the field.
How does it differ from your 90% enzymatic powder?
Both guarantee ≥ 90% total amino acids, but they are built differently. This hydrolyzed grade carries ≥ 85% free amino acids, so the response is immediate. The enzymatic 90% grade carries ≥ 65% free amino acids with a much larger peptide fraction, which acts as a signalling and sustained-release pool. Choose this one for the fastest uptake; choose the enzymatic grade when you want the peptide effect.
Why can one product serve agriculture, feed and cosmetics?
Because the value is the same in all three: highly bioavailable amino acids. They are the building blocks of plant proteins and enzymes, of animal tissue, and of skin components such as the natural moisturizing factor. The purity, the pH and the solubility that make it work on a leaf are the same properties a formulator needs.
Is it safe for sensitive and mature skin?
The powder itself is a raw material and should be formulated into finished cosmetic products under GMP; it is not intended to be applied neat. In a finished formulation it is well suited to sensitive and mature skin: no harmful additives, ultra-low sodium, and a pH close to that of skin.
How does the organic carbon to nitrogen ratio help the crop?
The ≥ 42% organic carbon and ≥ 15% organic nitrogen work as a matrix. Nitrogen drives growth; the carbon feeds soil microbial activity, improves soil structure and raises nutrient uptake efficiency — which is exactly what organic and high-value systems depend on.
Can it be mixed with other cosmetic ingredients?
Yes — hyaluronic acid, hydrolysed collagen, squalane and plant extracts all work. Avoid strong alkaline ingredients above pH 8, which will affect stability.
Can it be used in organic and certified products?
It is hydrolysed from natural raw materials with no chemical additives, and meets the requirements of organic agriculture standards and of clean beauty formulation. Final certification always depends on the full formulation and on your certifier.
What is the shelf life and how should it be stored?
24 months in the sealed original packaging, stored cool, dry and out of sunlight. At ≤ 5% moisture the powder stays free-flowing and does not lose potency.
