Product Overview

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and, in free form, the most readily absorbed nitrogen source a plant or an animal can take up. JINGFENG’s amino acid range is produced from plant protein (soybean) or animal protein by acid or enzymatic hydrolysis, which breaks the protein chain down into free amino acids, short peptides and water-soluble nitrogen. The result is a 100% water-soluble input used as a foliar and fertigation biostimulant, a chelating agent for trace elements, and a feed-grade protein source.

Amino Acid Chelated Calcium and Magnesium Liquid is built around a problem every grower knows: calcium and magnesium are two of the hardest nutrients to deliver. Calcium barely moves inside the plant, and both elements are fixed in the soil before the crop can use them. Here they are held in complexes with free amino acids and short peptides, which keeps them in solution and gets them into the leaf or the root.

The analysis is unusually dense. One litre carries ≥ 400 g/L total amino acids, split into ≥ 200 g/L free amino acids and ≥ 200 g/L of small peptides and polypeptides, together with calcium ≥ 30 g/L and magnesium ≥ 40 g/L. The peptides are not only the carrier — short peptides have their own signalling role in the plant, which is why this is described as a peptide amino acid product rather than a straight calcium-magnesium solution.

At a density of 1.23 and a pH of 7 to 9 it meters cleanly through drip lines and sprayers, and it is aimed at the classic calcium and magnesium disorders: blossom-end rot, fruit cracking, bitter pit and interveinal chlorosis.

Key Benefits

≥ 400 g/L total amino acids

Half of that load is free amino acids and half is small peptides and polypeptides — and they are the carrier that keeps calcium and magnesium available instead of fixed in the soil.

No dissolving step

Supplied ready to dilute, which saves a mixing stage in fertigation and spray programmes.

Metering accuracy

A uniform liquid is easy to dose precisely, batch after batch.

High load per litre

Concentrated grades carry a high amino acid load per litre, which keeps freight cost per unit of active down.

Mixes with most inputs

Compatible with common foliar fertilisers and, after a jar test, with many agrochemicals.

COA on every batch

Each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis stating the tested total and free amino acids, peptide fraction, calcium and magnesium against the stated Chinese industry standards.

Form & Solubility

Form: a concentrated liquid supplied in drums or IBCs, ready to dilute and meter without a dissolving step.

In water: miscible with water in any proportion, so it can be injected straight into a fertigation line or dosed into a spray tank.

Handling: store upright and frost-free. Rinse lines with clean water after use.

Reading a calcium or magnesium problem. Calcium deficiency shows up as blossom-end rot in tomatoes and peppers, fruit cracking in grapes and apples, and weak root systems. Magnesium deficiency shows as interveinal chlorosis on older leaves — yellow between the veins while the veins stay green — with slow growth and poor photosynthesis. Both are disorders of transport as much as of supply, which is exactly what chelation addresses.

Note the pH. At 7 to 9 this is an alkaline product. It is compatible with most neutral and weakly acidic fertilisers and pesticides, but it must not be mixed with strongly acidic products below pH 4 or strongly alkaline ones above pH 10. Shake well, jar-test, and avoid spraying above 30 °C.

All grades are 100% water soluble and are hydrolysed from plant- or animal-source protein. Higher grades carry a larger free amino acid share, so less product is needed per hectare for the same response.

Applications & Dosage

For fruit, vegetable, grain, cash and oil crops, and especially for tomato, pepper, grape and apple where calcium and magnesium disorders are known. Typical rates are 15 to 22.5 L per hectare through drip, 7.5 to 10 L per hectare as a foliar spray and 22.5 to 30 L per hectare in a flushing application.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this better than a conventional calcium-magnesium fertiliser?

Conventional calcium and magnesium salts are fixed by the soil and calcium barely moves within the plant, so a large share of what is applied never reaches the fruit. Chelating them with amino acids and peptides keeps them in a stable, plant-available complex, and the amino acid and peptide fraction additionally drives root growth and stress tolerance. It is a nutrient supply and a growth effect in one pass.

How do I tell calcium deficiency from magnesium deficiency?

Calcium shows as blossom-end rot in tomatoes and peppers, fruit cracking in grapes and apples and weak root systems. Magnesium shows as interveinal chlorosis on older leaves — yellow between the veins, green veins — with slow growth and poor photosynthesis. Tomatoes, grapes, apples and leafy vegetables are the most commonly affected.

Can I use it during flowering?

Yes. Flowering is a peak demand window for both elements: calcium supports flower vitality and magnesium keeps the photosynthetic supply flowing. At the recommended dilution it does not affect pollination, and it improves fruit set and reduces flower drop.

Is it compatible with other products?

It works with most neutral and weakly acidic fertilisers and pesticides. Do not mix with strongly acidic products below pH 4 or strongly alkaline ones above pH 10, and run a small jar test before any large tank mix.

What is the shelf life and how should it be stored?

24 months from production. Store at 5 to 35 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated place out of direct sun, do not stack containers upside down, and seal tightly after each use to limit oxidation.

Do you offer samples, and what is the minimum order?

A free 1 L sample is available — you cover the express cost — shipped within two working days with the test report. Bulk MOQ is 500 L, with volume discounts above 5000 L.

Can the calcium to magnesium ratio be adjusted?

Yes. OEM and ODM formulation is available, so the amino acid, calcium and magnesium levels can be tuned to your market and crop, and packaging can carry your own printing from 1 L to 200 L and bulk.

How is it packed?

200 L drums and 1000 L IBCs as standard, with 1 L, 5 L and 20 L packs for trials. Store upright, and rinse lines with clean water after use.
