Product Overview

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and, in free form, the most readily absorbed nitrogen source a plant or an animal can take up. JINGFENG’s amino acid range is produced from plant protein (soybean) or animal protein by acid or enzymatic hydrolysis, which breaks the protein chain down into free amino acids, short peptides and water-soluble nitrogen. The result is a 100% water-soluble input used as a foliar and fertigation biostimulant, a chelating agent for trace elements, and a feed-grade protein source.

30% Hydrolyzed Amino Acid Powder is the workhorse grade of our acid-hydrolysate range — the one that moves by the container, because it is where amino acid content and cost per hectare meet. It guarantees ≥ 30% total amino acids alongside ≥ 7% total nitrogen, so a single pass delivers both the free amino acids that drive a fast response and the nitrogen that sustains it.

Protein is broken down by acid hydrolysis into free amino acids, short peptides and water-soluble nitrogen. The powder is 100% water soluble and dissolves cleanly, which is why it runs both as a finished field input — dissolved and applied through sprays, drip lines or flood irrigation — and as the amino acid base for making finished liquid amino acid fertiliser.

With pH held between 3.0 and 5.0 and heavy metals controlled to the limits in the specification table, it is a predictable raw material for formulators and a straightforward input for growers.

Key Benefits

≥ 30.0% total amino acids

The grade that balances amino acid content against cost per hectare — carrying ≥ 7% total nitrogen alongside it, so one pass delivers both the fast response and the nitrogen that keeps it going.

Dissolves completely

100% water soluble with no residue, so it can go straight into the spray tank or through a drip line.

High free amino acid share

A large part of the load is in the free form, which plants and animals absorb without further breakdown.

Low chloride option

Low-chloride grades avoid salt burn on chloride-sensitive crops and keep the salt load down in feed rations.

Blend-friendly

A free-flowing powder that disperses evenly into NPK, organic fertilizer and feed premixes, even at low inclusion rates.

COA on every batch

Each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis stating the tested total amino acids, free amino acids, total nitrogen, chloride and heavy metals against the stated Chinese industry standards.

Form & Solubility

Form: fine, free-flowing powder with low dust, easy to weigh out by the bag and to blend into dry mixes.

In water: 100% water soluble. It wets out quickly and dissolves cleanly under light agitation, leaving no residue to block filters, spray nozzles or drip lines.

Handling: use standard dust protection when handling bulk. Reseal opened bags to keep moisture out.

Where it fits. At 30% total amino acids this is the grade for area — field crops, orchards and greenhouse blocks where the programme is measured in hectares rather than in rows. Higher grades exist, but they are specified when the response has to come from a smaller dose, not when the programme is measured in tons.

Mixing. Dissolve it fully before it reaches the tank or the venturi: a fully hydrated powder meters evenly and leaves nothing to block filters or drippers. Avoid strong alkali above pH 8 and jar-test before mixing with agrochemicals.

Applications & Dosage

For field crops, cash crops, fruit and vegetables, and as the amino acid base for finished liquid fertiliser. Two to three applications per growth cycle at the key stages is the usual programme, and under drought or cold the dilution can be opened up further and applied more often.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is it made from?

It is hydrolysed from animal-source protein by the acid route. Where a plant-source declaration is required by the market or by a certifier, use our 50%, 70% or 80% powders, which are hydrolysed from soybean protein.

What is the main advantage over other amino acid fertilisers?

It combines a guaranteed ≥ 30% total amino acids with 100% water solubility and ≥ 7% total nitrogen, and it works both as a direct input and as a raw material for liquid fertiliser. Heavy metals are controlled to the limits in the specification table, which keeps it usable in quality-sensitive programmes.

Can it be mixed with other fertilisers or pesticides?

Yes — with most water-soluble NPK products and with pesticides other than strongly alkaline ones. Run a small compatibility test first and only go ahead if there is no precipitate or turbidity.

What dilution should I use for foliar application?

0.1 to 0.3% is the working range. Under stress — drought or cold — open it up and apply more often rather than stronger.

Is it suitable for organic farming?

It is made from natural raw materials through hydrolysis with no synthetic additives. Acceptance depends on the certifier and on the raw material they allow, so confirm with your certification body and ask us for the input list.

Can it be used in hydroponics?

Yes. Dilute to 0.05 to 0.1% and add it to the nutrient solution — it supplies amino acids and nitrogen directly and supports root development.

How does it compare with urea?

Urea is a single-nutrient nitrogen source that soil microbes have to convert first. This product carries ≥ 7% total nitrogen plus the amino acid spectrum, which plants take up without that conversion step, and it adds stress tolerance and quality effects that urea does not.

How is it packed and how long does it keep?

Standard pack is a 20 kg or 25 kg bag with inner liner, with 1 kg to 10 kg options for sampling and jumbo bags for bulk. Shelf life is two years from production when stored sealed, cool and dry; reseal opened bags and use them within about a month.
