Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and, in free form, the most readily absorbed nitrogen source a plant or an animal can take up. JINGFENG’s amino acid range is produced from plant protein (soybean) or animal protein by acid or enzymatic hydrolysis, which breaks the protein chain down into free amino acids, short peptides and water-soluble nitrogen. The result is a 100% water-soluble input used as a foliar and fertigation biostimulant, a chelating agent for trace elements, and a feed-grade protein source.
90% Enzymatic Amino Acid Powder is the flagship of the enzymatic line and the most concentrated powder we produce: ≥ 90% total amino acids, ≥ 65% free amino acids, ≥ 98% crude protein and ≥ 16% total nitrogen, at 100% water solubility, ≤ 5% moisture and a pH between 4.0 and 6.0.
It is made by controlled enzymatic hydrolysis rather than acid or alkaline hydrolysis. Enzymes cut at specific peptide bonds, so the amino acid spectrum survives intact, the process leaves no chemical residue, and the resulting powder is clean enough for cosmetic formulation and for high-value organic production.
The profile is led by glutamic acid and glycine, the two amino acids most directly involved in chlorophyll synthesis and nitrogen metabolism, with a large peptide fraction that acts as a signalling and sustained-release pool rather than a single quick hit.

Form: fine, free-flowing powder with low dust, easy to weigh out by the bag and to blend into dry mixes.
In water: 100% water soluble. It wets out quickly and dissolves cleanly under light agitation, leaving no residue to block filters, spray nozzles or drip lines.
Handling: use standard dust protection when handling bulk. Reseal opened bags to keep moisture out.
Why enzymatic. Acid and alkaline hydrolysis break peptide bonds indiscriminately: they destroy part of the amino acid spectrum and leave salts behind. Enzymatic hydrolysis uses selected enzymes that cut at specific bonds, so the amino acids keep their integrity and the process leaves no chemical residue. That is why this grade is the one specified for cosmetics and for organic programmes.
Colour. The shade runs from light yellow to light yellow-white between lots. It is a visual property only — the guaranteed analysis is the same across lots and every batch ships with its own COA.

All grades are 100% water soluble and are hydrolysed from plant-source protein. Higher grades carry a larger free amino acid share, so less product is needed per hectare for the same response.

What is the advantage of enzymatic hydrolysis over acid hydrolysis?
Acid and alkaline hydrolysis break peptide bonds indiscriminately, which destroys part of the amino acid spectrum and leaves salts and residues behind. Enzymatic hydrolysis targets specific bonds, so the amino acids keep their activity, the process adds no chemical residue, and the finished powder is clean enough for cosmetic and organic use — something an acid hydrolysate cannot achieve.
How does this compare with your 90% hydrolyzed powder?
Both guarantee ≥ 90% total amino acids. The hydrolyzed grade carries ≥ 85% free amino acids, so it gives the fastest uptake. This enzymatic grade carries ≥ 65% free amino acids and a much larger peptide fraction, which behaves as a signalling and sustained-release pool, plus ≥ 98% crude protein. Pick the hydrolyzed grade for speed; pick this one for the peptide effect and for cosmetic or organic specifications.
Why does the free amino acid share matter if peptides are the selling point?
They do different jobs. Free amino acids are absorbed immediately, which is what you want at flowering or during stress recovery. Peptides are short chains that act as signalling molecules, influencing gene expression, stress response and growth regulation over a longer window. This grade carries both.
Is it suitable for organic farming?
Yes. It is produced by enzymatic hydrolysis from natural raw materials with no chemical additives, and complies with organic agricultural input standards as well as clean beauty requirements. Final certification depends on your certifier and, for cosmetics, on the full formulation.
Can it be used in clear cosmetic formulations?
Yes. The high solubility and light colour mean it can go into clear serums, toners and gels without causing cloudiness.
What is the shelf life and how is it stored?
24 months in the sealed original packaging, stored cool, dry and out of sunlight. At ≤ 5% moisture the powder stays free-flowing and does not cake.
Can it be tank-mixed with pesticides or other fertilisers?
It is compatible with most neutral and weakly acidic pesticides and with common water-soluble fertilisers. Avoid strong alkaline material above pH 8 and jar-test before the first full batch.
What is the minimum order and the sample policy?
Standard MOQ is one pallet (20 kg bags, ten bags per pallet). Free samples are available for quality testing and formulation trials, and custom packaging or small-batch runs can be arranged for cosmetic and feed brands.
